When I list my store items directly from eBay, my Vendio gallery does not load, even though I have that option checked in my preferences, I have to load it myself every time. Can you please tell me why it is not doing it automatically?
The gallery will fully update within 2 hours of listing an item. When you say it doesn't load, do you mean it doesn't appear on your listing or it cycles like it is going to bring up your items, but does not? Also, are you checking it right after or do you wait a couple hours for everything to update?

Hi Sonya, I was checking it right after I listed it. I thought it came up right away like it does when I list from Vendio, where it is right there when I finish the listing page. Thanks for letting me know.
