I'm sure I've overlooked the info somewhere, but my gallery is showing just one category of my items. In the past all of my items were presented in the gallery. Has something changed? Do I need to change something? Am I losing my mind (don't answer that question
Thanks

Hello,
I'm not quite sure what you are referring to, are you talking about the 'All Categories' category link in the gallery? Is your item showing the gallery going into a specific category? If so, this is not something that can be changed at this time -- the gallery will default to a specific category if it is able to detect that the item you are listing can fall into that category. Please let me know if this is what you are referring to so I can log a suggestion for you accordingly.
Regards,
Sonya

Well, I'm not sure I understand your question. I've been using the gallery for several months and up until recently the scrolling gallery included all my items, regardless of their category. I see where I have a choice as a "viewer" to see specific categories or view all the items.
Does someone viewing one of my auctions have to make a choice? Or can I set the default for the bidder to see all items and then they can choose another option if they want to?

Hello,
All items should be appearing in your gallery and the customer has the ability to change the category from within the gallery to see other items (or all items at once). Unfortunately at this time, you cannot set this option yourself, but I will log a suggestion for this on your behalf.

I am having similar problems. I just got the gallery up and running yesterday and it only is showing one category. The category drop down at the top doesn't show my other categories. It shows something other than what I am selling. Why doesn't it show all my products in the store and why can't I see the store categories in my drop-down. What am I overlooking? Thanks.

Hello,
The Vendio Gallery categories are not the same as the eBay categories -- it tries to match up with the category you are placing your item in. If it is successfull it will show that category when you view the listing. All eBay auction items and eBay store items should appear in your gallery. The gallery defaults to items ending soonest, as items to display first in the gallery. If you have any other questions please let us know.

I am having the same problem too except it is only in certain ads. Like you said maybe the galler somehow knnows the category my ad is in and defaults the marque gallery to show all other items under that category??It is misleading to our potential customers and us seller if only PART of all our listings are showing. Customers may think that is all we sell!!!

I just noticed the same thing. Is there a way to create a setting where you can display all your items in order of ending time or some other criteria? Not too thrilled with the gallery defaulting to the same category as the item that's being viewed and leaving out others from other categories unless the user clicks and changes it.

Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot do these with the gallery yet. I will forward your comments to Product Development for review for future gallery upgrades.
