I listed several items to my ebay store last night. These are not ones that I did with Vendio. The store items I did with Vendio are showing, but the store items I did myself are not.
I know the gallery images are correct because they show up in gallery when I do a search on my seller's name in ebay.

Ooops, forgot to mention that I did clean up my cache and I checked the gallery 8 hours after I uploaded the auctions.
You have your gallery settings set to grab the eBay gallery image, then header image, then 1st image in listing with Vendio as your image hosting provider. The items that are missing images in gallery do not have an eBay gallery image and the images are hosted elsewhere so we are not able to grab the image for the gallery. If you will be listing items elsewhere with images hosted elsewhere, if you use an eBay gallery image we will be able to grab that image for the gallery. If you do not want to put gallery on those items, you might want to reconsider using a Vendio hosted image within your listing so that the gallery can grab your image.

ok... you still don't get what I mean. I know the ones I don't have gallery photos are not showing up. I get that. It is because I did not pick a gallery photo.
BUT, if you pay close attention, NONE of the store items I listed at 8 pm last night that DO HAVE gallery photos are showing up. And, not only are they not showing up, but they don't even recognize that the auctions exist.
Since ebay is SHOWING my gallery photos for these items, why isn't vendio AND vendio doesn't even MENTION the items like it is the other ones that I DON'T have photos for. I have a featured store which means that ALL my store items get listed in the search engine and "act" like auctions.
Yes, it makes sense. What are the item numbers, or at least the titles of the items that have eBay gallery images but aren't showing up? Everything I look up in our database has an imported gallery image on it but I can do a reimport if you give me the item numbers.

Hello. I am having the same problems.My items number 3771322901 and 5950136901 have a red curtain instead of an image in the marque gallery inside ads in ebay. Also when you click on them , the screen goes blank!
I just got rid of my 9.95 image hosting but this problem was happening before I got rid of my plan. Help!

The smae thing is happening to me! All of my listings I launched on eBay last night have gallery images but show up as red curtain with "click here to view this item" in my vendio gallery. I was so frustrated with how tacky it was that I manually deleted my vendio gallery from every listing! Also, when I change a gallery image for my eBay listing it does not update the new photo in my vendio gallery. Why is this happening?

Dishesanddolls, I refreshed one of your auction numbers. The first one didn't have an image on the auction, so it will have the red curtain. You should be seeing the second image appearing soon. I also made some changes to your gallery settings.
mixedexpressions, I made a few changes to your gallery settings and manually re-imported the listings. You should be seeing the correct images coming into your gallery soon.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
