It may be too soon to say this because I just signed up. But to me this vendio is a nightmare. After reading a few topics here, it seems it takes a few hrs for the gallery to show up on the auctions. So is this true for new auctions too? As of right now my auctions are unchanged.
Vendio should be more specific on how and when the gallery will materialize. Vendio's motto is "smart services for smart sellers" but their not as smart when it comes to a user friendly website.
All this and my time lost could have been avoided if vendio was more user friendly.

Okay so now its showing up, yet i 1/2 are red curtains. I take it I now have to pay for image hosting on this site to use image hosting for my gallery? If that's the case the the stuff I'm talking about when I say user friendly. Howabout informin people that unless you have a host for your pictures the gallery won't work. nightmare.

First off, thanks for trying the Gallery service. Unfortunately, when you first get going there is a bit of an extra delay to get the gallery posted. A few hours is about the norm for new customers.
Secondly, the reason the red curtain shows up is we couldn't find a picture for your listing with the settings you gave. You don't have to use our image hosting to use the Gallery. It looks like some of your listing don't have Gallery or Header images. Those are your first two choices for the gallery picture setting. The last choice you selected was a picture in your listing. Normally this will work fine but sometimes listing with a lot of graphics or advanced features (sound, video's etc) through our system off. I suggest, placeing the picture at the top of your listing or just stick to consistently using a Header or Gallery pic in your listings.
Best Regards,

I listed a few items last night. Before I did I reset the gallery to pull the 1st pic (jpeg).
Then I made the auctions and installed the the pic at the top of the auction.
Unfortunetly, red curtains for all.
So now I give up. I will be getting rid of this service very soon if it does not live up to its name very very soon.
The problem was the URL you put down for image hosting did not match the URL for the images inserted into your listings. I have changed this URL in your gallery preferences and reimported the missing gallery images. Within a couple hours, your gallery should reflect the right image.
Some of your items had a missing or broken image so they are still going to remain in your gallery with red curtains. For example, 6506871399 has a broken image. If you get that fixed and you want us to reimport the image, let us know.
