Hey, I have the same problem as the rest of these folks. All I get on ebay in my vendio gallery is RED CURTAINS. Actually some of the pictures show, and some don't. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could erase my problems as soon as possible. Also, could you explain why this is happening to so many people including myself. Thanks alot!
I have reimported your gallery images. Within a couple hours, they should update in your listings.
The red curtains occur when the gallery is not able to import the image in your listings based on your gallery preferences. This most commonly happens when customers sign up for the gallery but do not put the correct preferences for the gallery, based on how they list (i.e. selecting Vendio Image Hosting when they use their own personal image hosting, etc).
