Hi, Can someone please check my current listings on eBay. I had to revise all of my auctions that were listed prior to 4/20 and now the gallery is not showing.
Secondly, two of the new auctions I created earlier today (items 8101676735 & 8101696622) do not have the Gallery working properly.
I understand that the latest auctions I've listed tonight may take an hour or so before the Gallery will show up, but I'm wondering why it is now appearing in my earlier listings. Thanks!

er...I meant to say, "I'm wondering why it is NOT appearing in the two auctions I listed much earlier today" Thanks!
When you revised your listings on 4/20, what did you add? Was the gallery showing on all listings prior to your revision? We will check into this for you.

Hi Sonya,
Yes, the gallery was showing on the auctions posted prior to 4/20. I had to revise the entire item description on each because I changed the type of PayPal account I have and I wanted to state my new payment terms in the descriptions. I now realize that I probably deleted the html for the gallery in the process. If it is not possible to get the gallery back into those listings, that's fine.
I did however post a bunch of new listings yesterday (4/21) using eBay's Turbo Lister. The gallery is not showing in any of those listings. Can you please look into those listings and see why the gallery is not appearing? Thanks again!
I was looking at your settings and noticed that your gallery is now inactive. Did you mistakenly inactivate your gallery? It looks like this happened yesterday.

I have no idea why my Gallery would be inactive. I just went into my Gallery settings, checked that everything was set up the way I wanted and then clicked to save my settings. Can you please check again to make sure that it is now active? Thank you!
I've checked your settings and everything looks good. Your gallery is active. You should see it appearing in your listings within a couple of hours. If it does not show up later on today, please let us know.
