I have changed my gallery preferences over a week ago. It STILL is not:
1. Changing the color like I requested
2. Picking up the ebay gallery photos that are NOT vendio even though I listed in the preferences (like YOU told me to) the site I was using!!!!!!!!
I keep checking to see if my preferences reverted, but when I check everything looks the way it should!!
ebay is using my photos as GALLERY photos, why can't YOU???
If you can't help me this time, the heck with Vendio....... nothing but PROBLEMS!!!!
The gallery will not change colors while running in an auction as it is part of the code sent with the gallery itself. Only the items that the gallery is added to anew will have the new color choices.
It also appears that after making your changes to your gallery preferences that it has since picked up all images for scrolling in the marquee.

I has NOT been resolved. You keep telling me it has, BUT, if you actually LOOKED at my listings, you would find that I currently have 39 auctions running, ALL with gallery photos and only the ones listed with Vendio are being shown.
I guess, since this system ONLY seems to support VENDIO auctions and NONE of the others, I will have to cancel ALL of my services, since you seem UNABLE to actually FIX anything!!!
I have never seen a company so UNABLE to do what they promise to do. I came onboard after being promised that shipping calculators would be provided and they are NOT, at least international and UPS are not supported which is 90% of my shipments. Then, you can't even seem to support ebay gallery photos............
The gallery has imported all of your active listings. Note that it only shows 24 items at a given time, so if the next 24 auctions to close happen to be the only items you have running through Vendio, what you mention may be possible.
Otherwise, depending on which item you are vieiwng (as the gallery will show items from the same category in the item its placed into) - you will see items you didn't see right away in other listings.
If you have one specific example of an item that doesnt have the gallery being properly displayed within at this time, or a listing that doesnt appear to have been added to the scrolling marquee please let us know, as now as well as before all appear to have both setup properly.
