Inadvertantly signed up yesterday for gallery and watermark, not realising service now appears to not be available to UK sites. I signed on to ebay.com and did test listing hoping that would work but it didn't. Is there anything I can do to make it work, or does the fact that I am registered in the UK mean that I can't use your services?. If not, I have printed out a link of how to get a refund, and like the previous disgruntled ebayer, feel that it should have been made clearer at signing up stage. I Was able to submit to you lots of personal and card info with UK address details, surely there should hav been a flag at this point before you took my money ? I await your reply. As of now, not too impressed
Our apologies for the confusion on the gallery issue. We do have a few places in the preview and signup pages where we try to note this, but will pass your note along to marketing to try and make this more visable.
We will paste below the two that appear currently, just so you know we aren't just making it up.
The auction you listed directly from the eBay.com website does appear to have had the gallery added to it. As you list more item from the eBay.com website, you will see those populate into the gallery for this item.
