Hi:
My Ebay ID is Sundayeveningsales, I'm fairly new to Vendio and seem to be having a few problems. Customers of recently closed auctions have complained that they could not use the Vendio checkout and had to go straight to PayPal. Also I set up Gallery last night and nothing has shown up there yet. I'm sure it is something I didn't turn on or entered wrong but I have gone through setup a couple of times and cannot figure it out. Any help would be Greatly apprecieated. Thanks!! Steve

Hi Steve,
The gallery is active on your listings -- please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 hours for galleries to initially show on your listings. If you don't see a gallery on a listing please let me know the item number.
You do not have any items in closed so I'm not sure if you archive them once they finish -- Vendio Checkout will only work if you have an item in Closed listings. If you have a bunch you removed and people are trying to checkout, they'll get errors.
