The gallery on my listings is showing EVERYTHING from my Adult Mature Audience as well as normal stuff. I have spoken with Chris a few minutes ago and he says it's a bug. PLEASE PULL THE GALLERY FROM ALL MY LISTINGS UNTIL YOU GET THIS FIXED!!
In order to delete the Vendio Gallery from from your listing, you will need to remove the code from the listing description. In order to delete the Vendio Gallery frame, please click the "revise my item" link at the top of the auctions and delete the HTML code between the below opening and closing tags (and including the opening and closing tags) from the descriptions:
Please let us know if you have any trouble with this. Please be very careful when you do this not to alter any of the other code in the listing description, as this could cause problems with your listing display.
Regards,

Yes, thank you, I actually removed the gallery from all my listings as soon as I discovered the problem. Even though the person had to click on "all categories" to see the restricted items, and by default the gallery comes up in the category the item they were viewing is in, so with most it wasn't defaulting that way, thank goodness.
BUT I only had gallery marquee for a day, and I could already see the improvement in add-on sales! I am very anxious to get it back. Any word on when this will be fixed?

Please reactivate the Gallery Marquee on all my listings. I don't have anything listed in the Mature Audience section right now, and I really want to get the marquee back ASAP! It was very noticeable that it improved my sales, even in the short time I had it.
You will have to go in and add it as if it was a new start-up account, as I removed all of the HTML from al of the listings when we were having the original problem.
Please let me know when this is accomplished, and THANKS!

Hi there,
According to our bug records, this hasn't been updated. However, I do not have any other users complaining about this. You might want to try launching one adult auction in order to test. If the image appears, we should be able to at least remove the image from the Vendio gallery. However, we will not be able to remove the text and link from the auction. You might simply want to launch a test auction for the minimum amount to see if the Vendio gallery is still picking up adult auctions. For some reason, I remember there being an email that said it was fixed, but according to our bug records, it hasn't been updated or resolved.
please let me know what you decide to do. If you don't want to launch a test item, I can try to get an update from the engineers early next week.
