I just signed up for this service about 3 or 4 hours ago. The marque is showing on all of my listings but, it is a curtain that tells the shopper to click on it to see the item. When do the acutal pictures of each item start scrolling on there?
We just needed to change the URL for your images. Sellersourcebook has a bit of a different URL from their regular website where the images are hosted.
We made this change for you, then sent the request to reimport the gallery. You should see the regular images within an hour or so.

Hello Thepaintedpalace,
I checked your gallery settings, as well as your image URLs in your item, and the problem was that the URL you provided for your image hosting does not match what is in your items. I noticed you use eBay Photo Preview images, so I changed your last gallery image option to eBay Header Image instead of 4th listing image and did a reimport for that item. The gallery was able to get the image for it so within a couple of hours, your gallery will start to display the new image.
If you use your own image hosting but you use different image hosts, it is a good idea to make at least one of your image hosting selections either the eBay Gallery Image or the eBay Header Image.

thanks for your help, but I need again. I took your advice and put the "header" as the first image and I still seem to get the red curtain. Is this program supposed to update on all auctions everytime a new one is listed? The deal is their are two sellers using this account so our photos are using different ftp space...I do not host anything with eBay..the gallery pictures I use are pulled from my ftp as well..so if I have no eBay hosting should I still choose the header or gallery for my images?

paintedpalace,
If you are using header and/or gallery images in all your listings, you should select these as the first two choices (in order of your preference) and leave the third choice set at 1st (or 2nd or 3rd) image in the listing, with the most often used FTP site selected as the image host (if you do use gallery and header images in all of your listings, it should never default to the third selection. )
Once you have your preferences set as you want them, please let us know and we'll refresh your gallery. The gallery will not refresh on its own after you update the preferences.
Thanks,
Diana
