I'm new Vendio member.I've noticed that some of my Ebay auctions and my Ebay store items changed "shipping description" from flat rate 2$ to "check the item description or contact seller" after I've sign up to Vendio Gallery.Anybody experienced this?
This came up earlier this month but it turned out to be an eBay bug. If you are getting this now, we recommend that you contact eBay so that they can resolve it.

I'm not sure whichfaoult it is - Ebay saying it's yours - ping pong thing and customer left in a dark...

I must point out that the credit offered for the auctions was done as a one-time courtesy credit, not because there was an error in the eBay system. The error was with with Vendio, when they added their information into your new listings. When Vendio edited your listings through their automated process, they changed the information that was shown.

They've credited my auction listings with changed shipping description but I still got my Ebay Stores listing with errors.
Here I'm with less bidding from customers and no solution to change my "messed up" listing in bulk...
