You have to sign up for the gallery again -- reactivating accounts does not do this, unfortunately. Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.
I checked your setup, our database and some of your listings and the gallery is showing up. It can take up to a couple of hours for the gallery to start to show so if you looked right after signing up for it again, you wouldn't have seen a change.

Any chance of checking into mine as well? No pics are showing up and I've been with you guys for over a day now. My auctions have also been up for over a day. eBay username is (morrissey)
I've tried the full server path for my gallery and just the domain name but neither seem to make a difference.

Hi Moztiques,
You've edited the HTML code yourself and broken the gallery. Please make sure you copy the entire text, including the Vendio credit text, in order to insure the Gallery will work. Our back end tool shows the images correctly. The only problem is with the edited Gallery code. Please revise your listing on Ebay and insert the entire gallery code. This is the only way the images will appear.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for getting back to me, I was only able to fix the code in one auction as the others have bids, but the gallery still isn't working.
I pasted the complete, original code directly from https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/gallery_html_manual.html?flavour=classic.swf
I'm pretty sure it's with the setting on your site that points to where my images are. Neither, the full path nor the domain name (root) on its own make a difference. I don't host with eBay or Vendio.
Did you have the right country selected? Make sure you choose the appropriate country -- if you're listing in Canada for example, you have to pull up Canada on the pop up page for Gallery HTML or you'll get an empty gallery. Which item are you editing?
