Hi, I seem to have a bug in my Gallery. I have 4 different lots listed on ebay, the first 3 lots are being repeated twice by the gallery. Could u check into this? Is there a way to refresh the gallery so everything is updated? Would be confusing to a seller. I know I have gone in and revised a couple of listings and didnt know if this had an affect on it. THANKS for your help.

Also, one of my revised listings, I put a new ebay gallery picture in. Has been 6 hours and still not updated. Would really appreciate some insight here on what I'm doing wrong.
You have six items in the gallery -- the marquee gallery scrolls 7 items through, so your items are appearing twice in a scroll. Regarding the new image -- please let us know what item number it is so we can reimport the image for you.

The image i need imported is item 5606870566.
I am fairly new to Vendio. Is this the standard method of updating a revised gallery picture? curious.
Back to my gallery, I did count 9 scrolling through when all I have is 6 listings. The pics are somewhat similar. Lot # 1, 2 and 3 are being repeated twice. Can my gallery be refreshed or reimported completely?
I deleted my gallery (html code in item desc) on item 5993579683 since it has no bids or watchers. I tried to insert a generated one but didnt work. Is there a way to get my Gallery back on that particular item?
Thanks for your help Sonya. I am trying to learn the ropes here through trial and error I guess.

Hi there,
There are some items appearing twice in your Gallery, since there are 7 spots open and you have only 6 items. This is by design so that there are no "blank" spots in the Gallery. It looks like all items appearing in your Gallery are open. Note that the Gallery may continue to display closed items for a short while after the item closes. If you do change something like an image in a listing, you will need to contact us if you want the new image to appear in the Gallery.
