I have 15 items listed on eBay, two auctions and the rest in my store. Only 5 of the items are showing in the gallery. It has been this way for weeks and I kept thinking it would correct itself, but it hasn't.

Hi Greta,
I checked your listings and it looks like all items are cycling through your gallery. It can take up to a couple of hours for the gallery to appear on listings after you sign up, and if you launch items, it can also take up to a couple hours for those items to appear in your gallery cycle. If you have any other questions about the gallery, please let us know.

I have 15 items listed and I can see photos of only 5 of them cycling through the gallery. I have been signed up and using the gallery for many months. The newest item I have up for auction was listed last night and even it is not showing up!
The 10 items which I cannot see a photo of are: item numbers 6779751685, 5402980624, 5419191811, 5404531203, 5417614749, 5428535338, 5417606991, 5417612740, 5429735329, and 5404830674.
Where the photos should be in the gallery are either red curtains or the space is totally emptly and white.

I still see the items but I reimported them all for you anyway. Please clear browser cache and refresh your page. If you still don't see any changes after a couple hours, let us know what item you are viewing the gallery on.

I have tried viewing the gallery on all my items and still only the same 5 are showing up. I now have 17 auctions listed.
When I first signed up for Vendio Gallery, I had to download a flashplayer or something like that, in order to view the gallery. Can't remember what it was called. Could it be possible that I need to update that, and that is causing the problem? Sonya, can you tell me what it might have been that I had to download. It may have been called Media Player or something like that.
I have cleared my browser cache and refreshed the page.

Hi Greta,
You need the latest version of Flash in order for the gallery to work. Can you let us know what item you are looking at, that has a gallery that shows only 5 items? Has the Gallery defaulted to a sub category, or is it showing All Categories?

Thanks, sonya! I accidentally fixed the Gallery while taking care of another problem! I went to Preferences and clicked to not compress images.

Hi, I'm afraid I'm in the same situation. I have been a subscriber for 5 years and once before I lost all our images.
This is now 1-1/2 weeks since our images disappeared and we have emailed customer service through Vendio and also directly through our email. NO Response! NADA!
Of course, we are being billed. BUT MOSTLY IT IS 5 years of listings, archived, inventory - nothing with uploaded, re-used Images and represents a ton of work and creativity. Any ideas folks? Chris in Arizona
