I signed up for the Vendio gallery today and after I did so, I was taking a look at my auctions and there appeared the Auctiva gallery. It said that I added the gallery yesterday. I certainly did not. What I'm wondering is has this happened to anyone else (you sign up for Vendio and the Auctiva gallery is added to your listings)? I don't believe I've ever signed up with Auctiva. I also have no clue on how to get rid of the Auctiva gallery. I want to launch more auctions but not before I get this figured out.
Your Vendio Gallery does not appear because your eBay information isn't updated on our site. To update your eBay site ID (and obtain an authorization "token", go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the eBay ID. Enter the updated information, click the "Go to eBay Signin" button and follow the steps. After your ID information is updated, your galleries should appear on your listings.
The Auctiva gallery is never added onto a listing when signing up for Vendio. I would recommend you go to their site and contact them to find out if there's an account for you there, and see about getting it cancelled so you do not have these problems with future listings.
