In SMIE at the site specific tag, no image folders (or images) show up when I try to select pictures for the Ebay gallery. Any ideas why? I have several images uploaded to vendio presently.

Hello,

When we checked your account, there did appear to be a number of images you could use in the ebay gallery. Just be sure to select the folder in question first, as only then will you see the images stored within to attach.

Christopher

Thanks for getting back to me, Chris. Can't figure out how to take a screen shot of that page, but the version I see in my browser doesn't give me a choice of folders to select, as shown in your screen shot. Could it be my browser settings?

Hello,

Does it seem as though you just cannot click where you would pick the folder, or are you not even seeing where you *could* click?

Try disabling any internet security add on programs you run in the background. Perhaps if they were set a little too high, it could block out some web based content.

Internet Explorer wouldn't really have settings to disable the displaying of this table, and if the security settings were up high enough to block this, most other parts of the listing form wouldn't be loading for you either.

If you havent already done so, restart the machine. As odd as it seems (again only if you havent already done so) - sometimes this can help correct it if you haven't ran into such an error prior.

Regards,
Christopher

I tried closing all add ons and lowering browser settings to medium security. Nothing. It isn't that the "Folders" pull down menu is not clickable -- it isn't there at all. Weird. When I view source code I see that the folders should be there but they aren't showing in my browser window. Could you edit one of my listings to display in ebay gallery so we can see what happens on my end?

Hello,

I went in to your account and added a gallery image to the KENSINGTON SP ROLLER bag. I do see that you did at one to the KENSINGTON CONTOUR 15" NOTEBOOK bag.

If this problem is still persisting, did you indeed try thhe basics like clearing your cache and restarting your machine? Also, under tools, options, Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings and choose to "check for new versions of the page" "every time". This is a good way to prevent caching.
If you want to send a screenshot. Make the browser somewhat small but displaying the area you want to show. Click the browser bar to make sure it is "on top/in "focus". Hold Alt and hit PrtScn, then paste the image into a word document. You can then copy it from the word doc to this forum and we can see what you are seeing.

Let me kow if there is any update.
Best,
Abe
