I just switched from Merchandise edition to Inventory edition.

I used to be able to "relist" if item is not sold. When I imported my active auctions from Ebay to the new Inventory edition, all my "relists" went away. Is this not a feature in Inventory edition? There also isn't a box on the top of all my listings letting me choose to relist.

If I can't relist through Vendio, do I have to manually relist through Ebay and then import my listings?

I haven't set up a new item in inventory yet, so I haven't seen if that is an option yet. The Help section doesn't work for me. I am working on that too. Thanks

Hi there,

You can definitely relist through Vendio using Inventory Edition. When you say your relists disappeared I'm not sure if you mean pending items you scheduled or closed items that had no buyer. I'm also not sure why the Help pages aren't working for you - can you tell us what browser/version and OS you are using? Also, what is your browser security setting (high, medium-high, medium?)

Thanks,

Diana

RELIST: The small icon that is two arrows making a circle (relist) is gone. I use this for auctions that close without a bidder and they launch as soon as the auction closes. That little icon circle isn't there anymore. How do I relist (without having to pay Ebay fees again) again. Where do I relaunch?

HELP SECTION NOT WORKING: Also, I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0 version. I have Microsoft ME edition.

I'm not sure where to look for the security level I use Zone Alarm and Norton -- Anti-virus? Privacy? Program Control? ID Lock?

Hello,

The Inventory Edition of the Sales Manager doesn't use the old 'auto relist' function.

When you go in to edit/setup your items in the inventory edition, there is an 'auto launch' tab that you can use to tell the system how you would like the listing/relisting managed.

When there are items in your closed section here in the inventory edition, you can manually relist the same as you could in the old version. If however you use the above mentioned 'auto launch' tab, you can set it up to relist automatically with a more specific schedule than simply relisting only if it didn't sell the first time around. (the auto launch tool will always relist the item when it qualifies for relisting credit rather than submit a new item according to the profile.)

Regards,
Christopher
