I received the Vendio Checkout confirmation message stating the buyer used Paypal to complete checkout. My Paypal account does not show any payment being made. Any suggestions?
The checkout confirmations let you know what the buyer selected as a payment option, but they may not have yet actually submitted the funds via the selected payment method.
Just be sure to check for the actual funds prior to shipping, as the checkout confirmation can only confirm that the checkout process has been completed and the buyer has selected a payment method.
