I had an eBay store purchase at 4:16. It's now 4:37 and the item is not showing as purchased in Vendio. No checkout available to buyer. No cross sell available to buyer. I had to send an eBay invoice so that the buyer could pay me.
I've "refreshed" the item in question a gazillion times. Nothing makes it move to "sold".
My eBay store buyers hardly ever get to shop my Vendio store....because they pay before Vendio knows that the item sold!
If this were a once in awhile problem, one might think nothing of it. But, it's an everyday event! Vendio cannot seem to get it together with an eBay store purchase!

Chris, the item became "unstuck" 61 minutes after it ended.
I pay for a Vendio store so that my buyers can continue to "browse". After 5 frantic emails "saying that their email address is NOT recognized", these people are no longer interested in "browsing" my Vendio store. I'll be lucky if I can get them to pay for the eBay store item!
