I am new to this but I don't think things are happening the way that I thought they would with wbn's. I have "Automatically send a Winning Bidder Notification" checked and "receive a copy of all your Winning Bidder Notification e-mails" checked. I'm not sure people are getting wbn's or not. I don't get a copy even when I click to manually send one. I also have "Automatically send a Winning Bidder Notification" checked. Shouldn't Vendio be sending wbn's and checking off step one on it's own? Thanks.

It is copying me right on the wbn's now. The remaining question about automatically doing that and checking off step one still stands though. Thanks!

I found out that a WBN isn't sent if the buyer fills out the Checkout right away. Apparently it can take up to a half hour before there is communication between Ebay and Vendio. That's what I was told by a moderator previously. I hope this information is correct.
My buyers were always filling out the checkout, so my #2 was filled in, but #1 WBN wasn't.

Hello,
rsauvehearts -- this is only true if you have eBay Checkout Redirect enabled.
sharpreflections -- going with the above, you don't have eBay Checkout Redirect enabled so your WBNs should go out as soon as your items end. If you have any right now where they didn't go out, please send us the item numbers.

Hello,
The first one is not in your account yet and the second one is still closing. Since you imported in those listings If you wait a bit and refresh the page, it should finish and then send out the WBN.
When you imported your items, did you have the setting on to automatically send a WBN when items close with a winner?

Probably not set at that time. That would clear up the mystery. I'll watch it on my new items. Thanks again!
