I have a customer that comined and paid with paypal instead of Vendio. The transactions are:
7185060389
8333842463
8334243443
When I look at post sales in Vendio it only picked up 7185060389 and not the other two. The other two are also not anywhere in post sales to combine. What causes this and how do I fix it. Thanks!

And now it's doing it again on another combined transaction:

8335501914
Is this just a very slow process to show up in post sales? It's been almost 20 hours since those transactions closed. I suspect that by the time you guys check they will be there. My customer is asking for a combined invoice and I can't give him one right unless I send it from eBay. Thanks!

Hello Gary,
The items do all appear to be in your post sale management system at this time. There may be a slight delay with some of the imported listings, but they appear to have already dropped.
For now, click to 'select all' and then 'refresh' if you notice an imported listing that hasnt moved into the closed section.
This will typically force it through into the post sale system quickly so you can combine it into an order.

Yeah. I see it there now. I'll start doing the refresh thing. I don't get the slow update on post sales if a single item is sold. It seems to happen when there are combined orders on eBay. But I know the second time this happened it was over 20 hours with only the first item showing in post sales. I hope that's not normal.
