eBay offers a "Best Offer" selling option,b ut I do not see that option available in Vendio. Has anyone figured out how to use this feature?
Unfortunately we do not yet support the best offer feature. It is currently in evaluation on being added to our services -- I will forward your comments to our development team.
We do not yet support Second Chance but it should be coming up soon. If you are making second chance offers, we recommend you use Import to get those items into your account before they are bought so you don't have any problems using post sale with them.

I would also love both the Second Chance Offer and the Best Offer feature to be offered with Vendio. I know that it is possible because I also use Marketworks and they support both of these features...
With that said, I love Vendio and I am not going to go back to using Marketworks, but I do have a question for any Vendio customer service reps...if I manually make an eBay Second Chance offer will I then be able to import that auction into Vendio and allow people to checkout as they normally would (like they would when I listed an item through Vendio)? If I can do this, how do I import those second chance offers. Thanks for your help!
To the person who asked about Best Offers - I have found that you can manually go into the listings and edit them to accept Best Offers. Vendio will process the items no matter what the price is, but this is not convenient unless you have only a few fixed price listings. I will be VERY happy when Vendio offers those two features...any idea when that will happen?

(I forgot to check the email notification box, so I am writing this reply so that I will receive email notifications when someone responds to this...you can ignore this post)
Sorry for the delay, yes if you import second chance offers, you can process them like any other item listed through Vendio. The trick is to import after you list them, prior to the buyer purchasing the item.
When you import, your defaults will apply, but you can always adjust them as needed.
To Import, please go to Sales Manager and click on Import, then choose Import from eBay Listings.
Best offer and Second Chance support will be here soon.
