It seems like the automatice WBN processing is slow right now. For example:
Item number 4409379867 closed at 14:40 today.
Curent time is 18:47
They have already checkout (steps 2 and 3) but step one is not checked.
Since I have PayPal redirect on I assume step 2 and 3 were completed because they were re-directed to vendio checkout. It would be nice if they received the WBN right after they did the buy it now.
When you use the checkout redirect, it delays the WBN for 30 minutes. If the buyer *doesnt* checkout within the first 30 minutes, then it will send the notice. If the buyer has already checked out, it will no longer send the notice telling them to do so.

I beleive it's much slower than that. I had an auction close over 8 hours ago that's still not posted to my account so I can't send a WBN. In fact, they're posting so late most people have paid before the sale hits my account. This defeats the whole Vendio checkout process and deprives me of the opportunity to add-on sales - the whole reason I chose Vendio in the first place.
Can the process be quicker? 8 hours plus is unacceptable.
WBN processing should not normally take anywhere near this long. If an item is slow to move from Active to Closed in your Control Panel, you can find it in Active, select it, and click the Refresh button at the top of the page. This will ususally trigger the item to move to Closed within a couple minutes. You should not have to do this very often, but occasionally you may.
If your WBN's continue to take a very long time to process, can you provide a few more examples so that we can look further into the issue? Thanks.
