Hello,

If you have any item numbers, we can trouble shoot this faster. However in situations like this, it could be that the item was relisted directly on eBay and not through Vendio, there it was an eBay store or a fixed priced item that hasn't yet migrated into closed, a dutch item that hasn't yet split into its individual items, etc. If you select all items in your active listings section and hit the 'refresh' button, this can trigger an update for your Vendio account and display the latest updated status for all items (including any ebay store, fixed price or dutch items that are stuck in active).

Regards,

Sonya

Hello Sportsource,

Thank you for the example. I have checked our Sales Manager database, and I do not find a record of the item you've mentioned in the database. For this reason, the item is not appearing in your closed listings. This problem can be caused by the following scenarios:

1. The item was relisted on eBay directly. If you relist an item on eBay and bypass the Vendio system, the item will not appear in Sales Manager.

2. The item is a Second Chance Offer. At this time, Vendio does not directly support Second Chance Offer listings. Note that this feature should be available shortly.

3. When launched, the eBay API did not return a launch confirmation to our system. In this case, if you check the item history or in "errors", you will see a "launch ambiguous" error. When you see this type of error, you should check eBay since it is possible that the item did launch even though our system was not able to capture the information necessary to record the launch.

To resolve this, please use the "Import" (from eBay) tool in Sales Manager Inventory Edition. This will bring this item into Post Sale, as well as the others from the past week that you haven't been able to find.

Regards,

Sonya
