Well im trying to slowly move over my auctions to the vendio system and let me say every day is a learning experience.
Yesterday, I just started to send WBD through vendio to my winning bidders.
However, in the morning, I realized that if a person checks out through vendio, makes payment through paypal, ebay does NOT flag that auction as payment received! Is this intended or is there a better way for the 2 systems to communicate?
Are you referring to the eBay Selling Manager? If so -- Vendio is not integrated with eBay's Seller Manager. If Seller Manager is not marking something off as Paid, you will need to do that yourself. It should do it for PayPal though since PayPal is also integrated through there.
How did you come to this realization -- did you assume, or do you have concrete evidence?

Hi, im referring to the normal "my ebay" page, not selling manager.
I think what happened today was there was a huge delay between paypal payments being first received and then being acknowledged by ebay. I had to wait 3-5 hours before they would sync up.
So I guess to make sure I get this, assuming that I have no other service for ebay, using vendio.
If a person goes through check out through vendio, makes payment through the check out link in the WBN via paypal then ebay will register the payment?
How if i combine an invoice through vendio and the customer makes payment, will it combine the invoice in ebay?
