Hi, I'm new to Vendio Inventory Edition and I'm getting a little confused on two issues in the setup process:
1) I don't want to use calculated shipping, I just want to offer a flat 50% discount on 2nd, 3rd and 4th items --- where exactly do I put that info? Does it have anything to do with those yellow boxes on the shipping setup page? And does that mean I can bypass all the other questions on that page? And does this mean I have to enter a weight for each and every item -- how will the Vendio system know which item to place as the 1st vs 2nd item in the basket? Sorry, I just want to make sure I get this right the first time.
2) we have a strict policy of only shipping to Paypal CONFIRMED addresses. Will Vendio only pull up the shipping info that the buyer types in at checkout or will it show me the buyer's Paypal confirmed shipping information? (In other words, do I need to log into Paypal to cross-reference the address?)

If you would like to offer a 50% discount for all additional items, please go to My Account > Global Preferences and store your discount in 'other shipping settings'. When you fill out your shipping options, the 'cost when combined' section will display a total that is half of what your shipping cost is. You don't have to enter weights in if you aren't using calculated shipping. Items lesser in shipping price get discounted.
What other questions on the page did you want to bypass?
You will need to log into PayPal to make sure its the confirmed address. If the instant payment notifications tell you whether or not an address is confirmed, you won't have to worry about logging in because you can just check your email.
