Hi,
I think maybe I've set something incorrectly? (I'm new) When I look at the sales and I want to mark them as paid - I'm only seeing a final price (auction final price) - not the final price + shipping paid. This creates a problem in the amount to credit as paid.
In other words, if the item ended at a final bid of $37........and the customer paid $37 + $9.50 sh...... I should (or want) to see a total "due" of $46.50 and the amount to show as "paid" the same $46.50. This way I can easily see if they paid the proper amount. What do I need to change to see this?

Do you have a specific item we can take a look at? You have a lot of items in your account but they don't seem to have any other post sale keys marked off except for 5 and 6 on some. How are they paying you? Are you sending them the WBNs through Vendio or are you managing the post sale elsewhere? The only way for step 3 (marking an item paid) to automatically check itself off is if you are taking payments through PayPal and you have set up the PayPal IPN to work with Vendio.
