I noticed that you haven't had a chance to respond to the other message but I have another example for you.
Item number 8335649764
In Vendio it has the shipping as $5.95. In paypal they have paid $11.44 which is closer to the correct amount. So in Vendio it says they owe me the balance due. Also in Vedio they selected USPS and in Paypal it says UPS.
Any thoughts?
Maybe it's just me but the calculated shipping function has been erratic lately in that it is charging way over what it should sometimes. I have a $2.00 handling fee but sometimes there is a 8-10 dollar difference between the calculated fee and what it actually comes out to be. I don't have a lot of trust in it right now but maybe it's something I have configured wrong or something.

Hi there,
I've checked the mentioned item, and see that the shipping specified in the item is $5.95. If you relaunch / edit, you will see that the only shipping option is the $5.95 option. I'm not sure why your buyer would have paid a different amount, unless they went to Paypal directly to make the payment. Do you happen to know if they used our checkout system? If they went to Paypal and paid directly there, and you have IPN set up, we would import all the payment information which may or may not match what is set in your listing.
