In another thread the topic arose of text and buttons and controls that are too small to read and use easily. If this is something that is giving you trouble when you use our site, I want to hear from you on this thread, or via email ([email protected]).
Some questions for you:
1. I know that some pages that still carry the older design scheme (namely Control Panel and Post-Sale) still have text that's very very tiny. Do these small fonts make it difficult for you to do tasks with these pages? Which tasks (or columns) give you the most trouble?
2. Do you have trouble reading the green buttons with white text?
3. Are there other pages that give you this kind of trouble? If so, which ones?
4. What sort of magnification do you use to view other sites on the web (e.g., reading glasses, changing browser font size, screen magnification utilities)?
5. Would you be willing to participate in a usability test (either in person or online) to help us identify the problem designs and determine how to fix them?
