I just listed some shoes on ebay---everything listed fine except for my template. it showed up as a blank template. what happened?

Hello,

I have logged a bug on this as I am not able to see why the template strips itself from some of your eBay launches.

Are you listing from Sales Manager Pro, or do you do everything online?

I do everything online....can you fix my listings for me? or how do i do it...it looks kinda boring without the template.
