My Ebay auction #7371852288 closed with a winning bidder.
This buyer tried to pay by PayPal and couldn't get through because her information "didn't match". She used the Vendio Checkout system.
I wasn't aware there was even a sale because the sale didn't move to Post Sale.
I waited 12 hours, "refreshed" the sold items section, and it still doesn't show up as sold.
I can't use any of the post sale features because the sale isn't there. I sent her an Ebay invoice and I think that is how she was able to pay because I was able to print a shipping label through USPS.
What should I do to get it to move to Post Sale? I have already tried refreshing sold items. What happened?

Hello Renee,
It looks like you may have relisted this item through eBay and not through Vendio.
I checked the history of the launching of the item, and the eBay ID 7371852288 is not there. (Searched in Inventory, then clicked on the "Quantity on Market" for the item.) This history section shows all the launches for the item since you started using SMIE.
I also did not see the item "stuck" in Active listings which is where items can usually be found when they have not yet moved to Post Sale.
If this happens again, you should be able to import the item by doing an eBay Import. Under Inventory Edition, click Import and choose eBay import.

I don't think I launched it through Ebay. I think I had to do a manual launch because the "always one" on market launch didn't work through Vendio. There seemed to be some problem with this not auto launching previously.

I just checked post sale and the item is showing up there. For the future, if this happens again, we recommend you refresh your active listings list as that should trigger the update.
