--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Has anyone else been having trouble with their auctions getting fouled up in the database? I just turned on my computer to find a message from a buyer letting me know that my auctions have been fouled up. I have the incorrect title with the description.

This is the second time this has happened. This time it has affected at least 116 listings. Ouch! Not a good time for this. The first time it happened was a couple of weeks ago and when the tech rep saw it he was very concerned. He said they would expedite it to the developers. He replied with an email saying he would let me know what was happening. No response yet and it has happened again.

The first email I sent wasn't responded to in three days. I am getting a bad taste in my mouth for this company.

Let me clarify:

Using Vendio Inventory edition to manage inventory and listings in eBay.

Vendio has taken my 116 of my inventory items and added the wrong title to them. I have double checked my inventory in Sales Manager Inventory and I only have one listing.

See for yourself.

Ebay Store: http://stores.ebay.com/Texas-Tradin-Post_W0QQsspagenameZMEQ3aFQ3aSTQQtZkm

Type in a search for: Waekon Probe Tester

When I did it this morning I got 116 different listings. Some were Fixed Price and some were Store listings. You can see down the price column that prices are different. Open a few of them up and you will see that Vendio has added the title for my WAEKON AST PISTOL PROBE SIGNAL TESTER W/LOGIC to a bunch of my different inventory items. You will notice that it is using the photo from the item description and not the title.

Hello,

What are some of the SKU numbers to some of your item numbers in your store with this problem? We will look into it but we need to know the SKU for some of your item numbers so we can see what has happened here.

Regards,

Sonya
