If you've enabled auto-feedback but it is not working correctly, please check the following:
1. First, be aware that auto-feedback will be sent only for items that *close after* you enable the feature.
2. Are you signed up for the Annual listing plan? If so, auto-feedback will not work as this plan does not allow for use of post-sale tools.
3. Have you selected to leave feedback once the buyer leaves feedback for you? If so, your feedback will probably not be left immediately. Check again after you've confirmed that the buyer has left positive feedback for you.
4. Check the feedback delay setting under My Account -> Feedback Management. If you have selected a delay, note it will correspond to the "Send positive feedback" setting.
