I shipped 9 items today and marked them shipped in "My Ebay" page. I thought I had my prefrances set in post sale acceleration so that it would mark it shipped (5) in my vendio account when I marked it paid in my ebay page. It did not mark them paid. I have had this problem before and I was getting emails from my customers who had already paid because they was getting A WBN reminder.

Hello,

The post sale acceleration cannot mark items as paid by marking them as such in eBay.

The post sale acceleration can mark items as paid when people checkout via PayPal without going through the Vendio checkout process.

Others you would need to mark as paid manually in the Vendio post sale page.
