Help! I have a customer who's won four auctions. I have combined three of them post-sale. The fourth has not yet appeared in the Post-Sale management area. The customer is waiting to pay combined shipping. Ebay shows the auction complete. Help!

How often does Vendio SMIE synchronize with eBay? Post-sale Acceleration doesn't help because she hasn't paid yet.
HELP!

Hello,

There have been some API delays recently that caused items to close more slowly than usual. As soon as we get the API call from eBay stating the item has closed it should drop into the post sale area and become available for checkout.
