I use flat rate boxes from the US Postal Service, but I don't see that as a USPS shipping option with Stamps.com integration. Does that functionality exist? what am I missing?

Hello,

Unfortunately that is not one of the default options in the dropdown menu for USPS shipping options at this time. You would need to write that into one of the custom fields and enter the fixed cost in the field beside it.
