I switched over to inventory edition and requested an import from SMME and that was 2 hours ago and still no import. What is wrong?

Hello,

We should be able to troubleshoot this further when your ready to switch back to the inventory edition of the program.

Just let us know when your ready to switch so we can take a look at this for you.
