I'm having a problem with the Second Chance offer feature. I tried to send a number of buyers second chance offers on items tonight, but instead of sending second chance offers Vendio just relisted the items at the regular starting price. Now I've got a lot of auctions that end at the same time and that is not a good thing. Is anyone else experiencing problems?

OK, I posted that last night when I was very tired and I just came back to read it and realized that it might not make that much sense...so here it is again and hopefully this is in an easier to understand format:
I had a couple of auctions end on eBay last night (6047156405, 4451307134, and 9704343099). I tried to use Vendio's new Second Chance offer feature to give the under-bidders a chance to purchase the item, but for some reason Vendio did not list the second chance offers. I had intended on listing 6 different second chance offers, but instead of showing up on eBay as Second Chance offers Vendio just relisted a plain eBay auction at my regular starting price. The listings that Vendio submitted were 4452034061, 4452034191, 4452034198, 6047877748, 6047877797, and 9705772609. Eash of those listings was *SUPPOSED* to be a Second Chance offer, but instead Vendio listed them as regular auctions. That means that I was charged the eBay listing fees for those items and then I had to go and cancel them immediately. I guess I should have tested this feature before I tried it, but it seems like if you release a feature like this that it should work immediately. Please let me know when this is fixed so I can start sending SCO's. Thanks!
-Andrew
P.S. I read through the Vendio guide about how to use the Second Chance offer features and I followed the instructions to a T, so it was not something that I was doing wrong.

Hello Andrew,
Thanks for the detailed report. The problem that you encountered was a temporary issue which has already been fixed, so you can start sending SCOs again.
