I have been waiting almost an hour and still the changes have not been made. Any idea why?

Hello,

We have just been checking into some other issues as well and it turns out there was a HUGE spike in the eBay API call times.

From the looks of it it started actually about 2 hours ago (or a bit before 12 PST) - and we are seeing these getting much much better.

It should be back to normal shortly.
