I've recently switched over from marketworks and love how quickly I'm able to navigate the Vendio site (MW got slower and slower and their glitches more and more!) MW does have some features that I really miss though and one of them is the ability to locate a customer. This week, I received emails from 3 recent customers. Unless I'm missing something, in order to locate them I've had to do a restore from archived items and then read the long list of them to locate the person I was looking for. There isn't a search function which seems so basic to me. Is there an easier way to achieve this? If not, I implore Vendio to add a search feature.

Also along this line, I'm wondering if the Customer Manager would allow you to locate a customer quickly. I've just signed up for the 2 week trial and I've restored all of my archived items to have them entered into the customer manager. They're still pending, so I'm not sure if that will work or not and be worthwhile.

I'm grateful for any comments and suggestions

Hello,

Please note that if the listing has not yet been archived you can search by the winner's name. This can be done in "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "Post Sale". At the top right of the screen enter the buyer's name into the "Find" field and select "winner name". Then click "Search".

The auto-archive feature will archive your closed sales after 12 weeks in order to reduce the number of unused closed sales stored in our system. You may disable auto-archive by clicking My Account -> Global Preferences.

You may find it easier to search your archives in excel by going to "Edit" --> "Find" and entering the buyer's name.

You may also search by your buyer's name in Customer Manager by going to "Customer Manager" --> "Search".

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you,
Nathan
