I've recently changed to an insurance is included in s/h fee policy for certain glass items and have tried to implement this in inventory manager. However the live auctions come up with insurance is required. Can you check for me? An example is ebay auction no. 9512527112, eucalyptus essential oil 1/2 ounce, my sku is 789953820.

Hello Lynn,
This is the result of using Calculated shipping options. When you enable Calculated shipping for the eBay checkout, they aren't able to recognize that insurance would be included in that calculation.
Only when you list with fixed shipping charges would eBay be able to indicate that the insurance is included in the cost.
