I have the new "Second Chance Offers" setup for when an auction closes, that it should automatically send a second chance offer to the bidder.
When I pull it up in the closed listing summary it shows that the "automated second chance offer" (based off the rule I setup in the profile) errored and did NOT go out. I can go in and do it manually from that page though.
What do I need to change to get it to go out automatically and NOT error?
I see that you have a fixed quantity profile associated with the item and that the quantity is set to 1. There is already one live on eBay so I think the SCO is being prevented from launching because it would result in 2 being on market, more than the profile is set to allow.
Could you please try launching this manually? If that doesn't work for some reason, let us know what you did and what happened and any info you think might be helpful.
