I have launched several items to my store, but I cannot figure out hot to have an item re-launched into my store as soon as a purchase is made. When I try to set automation rules it keeps telling me that I have to set a date. I don't understand this because How can you specify a date if you don't know when someone will purchase an item, and I don't want multiple items in my store that don't need to be. I just want to replace the item at the time of purchase. How can I get this done?

If you want to have your eBay store items automatically relaunch as soon as one is purchased, you can create a Launch Profile using the "Fixed Quantity" strategy. Even though you don't want to create a "Schedule" I do see that it is requiring that you enter at least one time for one of the days of the week. If you enter one it will allow you to save and should completely ignore the data because it is not relevent to the "Strategy" you chose.
By the way, if you are launching the same item to eBay auctions and eBay Stores, you will want to apply the eBay Store auto launch profile to the items from the Auto Launch tab on the page where you edit/create inventory items. By doing this, you are applying the profile to that specific type of listing.
