I have had customers purchase more than one item within a few minutes of each other. Vendio seems to be automatically combining these items and sending an invoice and the customers are paying.
This is just starting to happen that the items are automatically being combined. I don't think I have made any changes to my post sale management. I usually have to go in and manually combine them and send an invoice that way.
Have I changed something to make it an automatic combined shipping? I really would rather not have it combining automatically, as sometimes I give a discount (varies) on shipping, etc.
Has something changed with Vendio? Or is there something I need to change?

Hello Renee,
In your settings, you do have your shopping cart set up to automatically combine your items. Please note that Vendio gives you two options when it comes to combining items:
1. To manually combine them or
2. To automatically combine items when your Buyers checkout (only if you have the shopping cart enabled). Hence, if you have the 'Shopping cart' feature enabled and the items meet the requirements to be combined, they will be automatically combined.
We investigated your account and noticed that you have the 'Shopping cart' feature enabled. Hence, when your Buyers are purchasing multiple items that can be combined, they are presented with this option as they are checking out.
To avoid automatic combination of your items, you may disable the shopping cart under My Account -> Global Preferences.
