I'm trying to decide which edition would be the best for me. I only sell one of a kind items, but I do have my own SKU # for every one (because I have thousands).
I need to track my items by my SKU number for relists, transfers to store, etc.
Can I do this with the inventory edition? Will my SKU # show up in a list of unsold items (as an example)?
The 'unsold items' specific page in the post sale management window does not display the item SKU number, regardless of which version of the Sales Manager your using currently.
The SKU would only appear in inventory directly or when printing your packing slips.

Can I ask how someone would locate an unsold item out of a list of say 2800 items? I sell postcards and wouldn't even begin to know what actual title I put on them.
Is there a way to easily locate say 100 different specific items to transfer to store or to change from store to auction?
This is where using inventory comes in handy. If you know that you want to relist SKU # XYZ to your eBay storefront but don't recall the item's title, simply go to inventory and perform a search based on that SKU.
When it comes up you simply select the item, click to launch and select the venue (if your changing from auction to store or vise versa.)
