OK so we resolve the error 240 bug but not I am still having problems. I have some items with my scheduled quantity profiles that just are not listing. For example... I have 6 inventory items with EXM128 in the title all using profile SQ-1 (Scheduled Quantity - 1 listing, 1 item) however 3 of the six never launched. Also I have been noticing some items ending with winning bidders but another item not being launched using SQ-1.
I also noticed that Vendio has not been updating the "quantities on market". When a few of my auctions ended the quantities on market remained the same. Is there anyway for me to go in and change the "QOM" in bulk? I just want them all to say 0. I have been having major problems with Vendio all week and I believe it is the sole reason for me having my worst week of sales in almost 2 years. Please help me get all this sorted out because it is really hurting my business.
I would like to help you, but I need some more information about the specific inventory items you are having trouble with. I pulled up 31 inventory items with "EXM128" in the title. Could you please provide the full titles of the three inventory items using profile SQ-1 that never launched?
Please also provide an example of an inventory item that has a listing with a winning bidder, but another listing was not launched using profile SQ-1.
Unfortunately, there is no way to change the quantity on market in bulk. You do need to make this change to each individual inventory item. This can be done by clicking on the number in the Quantities on Market column. Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and make the changes.
Please let me know some specific examples for this issue, so that I can look into this further for you.
