I'm fairly new to Vendio, and I can't seem to launch anything to Auction. Out of about 8 things I needed launched, only 2 actually launched.
I first tried with a autolaunch profile, which launched the 2 (all were suppose to launch). I then tried launching them manually, I recieved no errors, but they still didn't launch.
I took a look at your account and noticed that you have listings that are failing as the inventory item is missing a valid package type. You can correct this in the inventory item by selecting the item and clicking "Edit". Then go to the "Payment & Shipping" tab. Click on the pencil icon next to "Dimensions" and select a valid "Package Type". Make sure that you save. You should then be able to launch without error. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.
