Hello
I'm totally confused and spent last night reading Vendio's site - to no avail. I have a custom html template and use a different service for photo hosting. I cannot find a place to upload my template to even list in the Inventory Edition. Have I chosen the wrong one? Also - I need to know if I have to upload all my photo's to Vendio or can I leave them on my other server and just include the url to each photo within my custom template? HELP! I'm unable to even begin...

Hi there, and welcome!
If you have a custom template, we can import it for you, however since it is not an automated process there is a cost associated. I will send you an email with more detail on that. If you decide you do not want the template imported, you could use the 'blank' template and paste the template HTML into the description field. You would just need to position your text and image links within the HTML so it's formatted properly.
You can use images hosted on another server in your listings by positioning the image URLs within the item description - however, this does have a limitation in that you will not easily be able to select an eBay Gallery image. The only workaround would be for you to upload a 'placeholder' image to use until the item is launched, then revise the listing once it's live to add the correct image URL to the Gallery.
