Hi, I am having some major problems here. My auctions ended last night and a ton of them were not listed in Vendio Post sale this morning. They had winning bidders, but they were no where to be found in the Post Sale. How in the world can I conduct business if I have to worry daily about whether I have all of the sales. This is ridiculous. Vendio, please respond as I am seriously considering leaving.

Hello Kathy,
Due to some latency issues, it appears that your closed items were ending up remaining in the active items area of your account. This occurs when we are not notified that your listings have ended. This appears resolved now as I'm looking into your account. Should you see this again, you need only go to your active items and select the auctions that are no longer live and hit refresh.
